Refund Policy
At SINT Education, we value your commitment to learning. This Refund and Cancellation Policy clearly outlines the terms regarding refunds for our courses and services.
Please read this policy carefully before enrolling in any course. By completing your registration and payment, you agree to abide by the terms mentioned herein.
Our refund policy is straightforward and transparent:
- Only 50% of course fees can be refunded if you cancel within 24 hours of registration
- NO REFUNDS will be provided after 24 hours of registration under any circumstances
- Registration fees and admission fees are completely non-refundable
- If the institute cancels the course, students will receive a 100% FULL REFUND
You can request a cancellation and receive a 50% refund of course fees ONLY if:
- Your cancellation request is received within 24 hours (1 day) from the time of successful payment
- The request is submitted in writing via email
- All required documentation is provided
Note: Registration/admission fees and payment gateway charges will be deducted. Only 50% of the actual course fee will be refunded.
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS will be processed after the 24-hour window. This applies regardless of:
- Attendance or non-attendance
- Course completion status
- Personal reasons or emergencies
- Change of mind
Once the 24-hour period expires, all fees are final and non-refundable.
If SINT Education is unable to conduct the course due to insufficient enrollment, faculty unavailability, or any other institutional reason, enrolled students will receive a 100% FULL REFUND of all paid fees including registration charges.
To cancel your enrollment within the 24-hour window:
- Step 1: Send an email to sinthathras@gmail.com immediately
- Step 2: Subject line should be: "CANCELLATION REQUEST - [Your Enrollment ID]"
- Step 3: Include the following information:
- Full Name
- Enrollment/Registration ID
- Course Name
- Payment Receipt/Transaction ID
- Contact Number
- Date and time of registration
- Step 4: Clearly state: "I request cancellation within 24 hours"
Important Notes:
- Only written email requests will be accepted
- Phone calls or verbal cancellations are NOT valid
- The timestamp of your email will be considered for the 24-hour deadline
- You will receive acknowledgment within 24-48 hours
Once your cancellation request is approved (within 24 hours):
- 50% of course fees will be calculated (registration and admission fees are non-refundable)
- Refund will be processed within 10-15 business days from approval date
- Amount will be credited to your original payment method
- Bank processing may take an additional 3-7 business days
- You will receive email confirmation when refund is initiated
For Institute Cancellations:
- 100% refund with no deductions
- Processing time: 15 business days
- All students will be notified via email and phone
The following are NEVER refundable under any circumstances:
- Registration fees
- Admission fees
- Examination fees
- Certification charges
- Study materials, books, or kits (once issued)
- Payment gateway charges
- Processing fees
Instead of cancellation, consider these alternatives:
- Course Transfer: Switch to another course of equal or lower value (subject to availability)
- Batch Change: Move to a different batch of the same course
- Freeze Enrollment: Pause your enrollment for up to 3 months (subject to approval)
Note: These options are subject to institutional approval and may involve nominal charges.
